Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel marks the franchise’s 25 anniversary

The European arm of US-based Japanese animation provider Viz Media has promoted its licensing manager for EMEA to a role including responsibility for its TV sales in the region.

Aâdil Tayouga will serve as executive manager for TV, film and licensing for EMEA, in charge of the company’s TV and film departments as well as retail and licensing.

Programmes in the company’s library include Captain Tsubasa, Yo-Kai Watch, My Hero Academia and Power Rangers, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year with the launch of Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel.

Headquartered in Paris, Viz Media Europe specialises in managing the development, marketing and distribution throughout EMEA of Japanese animated entertainment and graphic novels.
