UKTV makes killer acquisition

Multi-channel operator UKTV has acquired the exclusive UK rights for the latest series of Born To Kill.

The show will air on UKTV’s entertainment channel Really and is the latest addition to its popular Friday Night Crime programming slots that also includes Cold Justice and I Survived Evil.

The crime franchise, made by UK prodco Twofour and originally broadcast by Channel 5 in the UK, takes an in-depth look at the childhood and formative years of serial killers. Season six will air on Really in May.

Really has also acquired Murder: Did They Do It? and I Fell For a Psychopath, both pre-sales negotiated by TCB Media Rights.

Each show has been re-titled for the UK market having aired internationally as Did He Do It? and Handsome Devils respectively.
