Turner’s Happos Family grows

Boomerang original The Happos Family

Turner in EMEA has greenlit an extended second season of The Happos Family, its first Boomerang original.

The 25×7′ second season will launch on Boomerang channels from January 2018. The Happos Family’s 20×2.5′ debut season launched on Turner Kids channel POGO in South Asia and free-to-air channel Karusel in Russia, as well as airing on Boomerang channels globally.

The series centres the eponymous family as they enjoy life in a safari park, with the new season introducing three new characters and additional digital content.

The show has been created in partnership with Italy’s Ferrero and will be produced by European animation company Cyber Group Studios, with which Turner recently signed a coproduction deal for another new Boomerang series, Taffy.
