Lionsgate-owned distributor Debmar-Mercury secured the off-net agreement with Fox Television Stations, which will air the show across its local stations from fall this year.

In the series, comedian Daniel Tosh explores all aspects of online content, highlighting clips and videos that range from the absurd to the ingenious.

In 2013, Comedy Central ordered three additional seasons of the late-night comedy show, taking it into its eighth run, due in 2016.

More than 120 episodes are now available for syndication to broadcast stations nationally.

The show launched on Comedy Central in 2009 and is ranked as the top entertainment series among men aged 18 to 24 on Tuesday nights, averaging 2.1 million total viewers, according to the channel.
