Broadcasters in Europe, the Middle East and Asia have acquired CBeebies preschool series Tilly And Friends.

The 52×11′ toon, produced by Walker Productions and Jam Media, has been picked up by DRTV in Denmark, RUV in Iceland, Trevano in Ukraine, Ceska TV in Czech Republic, MTVA in Hungary, Hop TV in Israel and Thai PBS in Thailand.

The show is based on a series of books from author and illustrator Polly Dunbar and follows the titular character and her five friends, who live together in a little yellow house.

The UK’s Aardman Rights has been handling global distribution since 2011. CBeebies is now adding Tilly to its Asian, Polish and African feeds.
