Tiger pounces on Hong Kong movies

Pan-Asian channels operator Celestial Tiger Entertainment (CTE) has renewed exclusive output deals with a trio of Hong Kong movie studios.

CTE has agreed new deals with Emperor Motion Pictures, Mega-Vision Project Workshop and Universe Entertainment.

These secure first and exclusive pay TV rights, as well as pay-per-view, video-on-demand and over-the-top rights, to each studio’s forthcoming slate of movies.

The films will air on CTE’s flagship channel, Celestial Movies, in Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia.
