UPFRONTS: Mid-season drama Black Lighting continues The CW’s superhero theme, this time with Cress Williams (Prison Break) tackling crime in New Orleans.

The show is from Berlanti Productions and Akil Productions in association with Warner Bros Television. The exec producers are Greg Berlanti (Arrow,), Salim Akil and Mara Brock Akil (Being Mary Jane) and Sarah Schechter (The Flash).
