Teletoon+, Pop converse with Talking Tom

Outfit7’s Talking Tom & Friends is based on an app

Italy’s K2, Teletoon+ in EMEA and Pop in the UK are among the broadcasters to have picked up animated series Talking Tom & Friends from Jetpack Distribution.

The series, produced by the UK’s Outfit7 and based on a successful app brand, follows the adventures of a speaking cat and his friends.

K2 has taken exclusive free TV and non-exclusive VoD rights to seasons two and three in Italy. Teletoon+ in Poland has TV and FVoD rights to the same seasons as well as 40 one-minute shorts.

Teletoon+ has also taken S2-3 for France, Monaco, Andorra, Mauritius, Comoros and Madagascar, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Haiti, Vanuatu and Africa.

Pop in the UK and Ireland has acquired free-to-air and FVoD rights to S1 while Pop in Sub-Saharan Africa took pay TV and FVoD rights to the same season.
