TCB ships factual into Nordics

Title Role Productions’ World’s Wildest Weather will air on BBC Earth

Nordic broadcasters including TV4 in Sweden and TV2 in Denmark have picked up 200 hours of content from UK distributor TCB Media Rights.

TV4 has added a host of programming including the first nine seasons of Border Patrol, produced by CJZ and Greenstone.

The Swedish broadcaster has also acquired seasons five to 12 of Bondi Rescue from CJZ and Australia’s Network Ten, as well as Highland Midwives from Matchlight and Motion Content Group. Seasons 11 and 12 of Border Patrol and S9 of Bondi Rescue have been licensed by Finnish media group Sanoma.

TV2 has picked up more than 40 hours of TCB content, including all three seasons of Icon Films’ Animal Airport; Title Role Productions World’s Wildest Flights; ITN Productions’ Elizabeth; and Stalkers and Cyber Scammers from Wild Pictures.

In related news from the Nordic region, CBS Reality has taken two seasons of Scandal Made Me Famous and four of Murder Made Me Famous, produced by AMS Pictures for Reelz. Both shows will air on CBS Reality’s EMEA feed into the Nordics and CEE.

Finally, BBC Studios has acquired Title Role Productions’ World’s Wildest Weather for its BBC Earth Nordic and CEEMEA channels; ITN Productions’ easyJet: Inside the Cockpit has been acquired by DR in Denmark; and TVT Productions’ Diana and the Paparazzi is set to air on TV2 in Norway.
