Supervet travels to Sweden, France

SVT in Sweden and Numero 23 in France are among international broadcasters to have picked up factual series The Supervet from the distribution arm of the Banijay Group.

Zodiak Rights has secured deals for the third 26×60’ season of the show, which focuses on a cutting-edge veterinary hospital and the dedication of its staff.

SBS in Australia, Sky in New Zealand, BBC Earth in Asia and South Africa, Viasat World across Eastern Europe and Kanal 2 in Estonia have also picked up the series.

Deals have also been secured with Manoto TV in Iran, SIC Mulher in Portugal and AMC Networks for Iberia.

The show was originally produced by Blast Films for Channel 4 in the UK and a special 4×60’ season is being launched by Zodiak Rights at Mipcom next month.

The Supervet – Bionic Specials explores the revolution in bioengineering and the regenerative work of the show’s star Professor Noel Fitzpatrick.
