Super RTL reunites with Beyond

MIPJUNIOR: Super RTL in Germany is coproducing another kids series with Australian producer Beyond, one that looks at how science and maths can create ‘magic’.

Wow! That’s Amazing (26×30’) will form part of Super RTL’s long-running Wow, Die Entdeckerzone strand and will premiere in 2018. Aimed at children aged between six and 12, each episode features experiments, mind games and puzzles that children can do at home.

The tricks, which will be performed by a cast of children, look like magic but are created by using the scientific principles of physics, chemistry and maths.

The deal was negotiated by Sam Partner, VP of sales for German-speaking Europe at Beyond Distribution, which holds worldwide rights to the series.

Beyond is also here in Cannes shopping Backyard Science (78×30’), Kid Detectives (52×15’) and History Hunters (26×30’), all of which are coproduced by Beyond Productions and Super RTL.
