Studio 100’s Nils, Blinky join AMCNI

Nils Holgersson will premiere on Minimax from June

AMC Networks International (AMCNI) in Central Europe has acquired two forthcoming series from German distribution and production company Studio 100 Media.

The Wild Adventures of Blinky Bill

AMCNI will air the CGI series Nils Holgersson and The Wild Adventures of Blinky Bill exclusively on its Eastern European Minimax feed in countries such as Hungary, Romania, the Czech Republic and Macedonia.

Both shows will be completed in the summer and will premiere on Minimax from June. They follow other Studio 100 Media series such as Vic the Viking and Heidi airing on Minimax in the region.

Munich-based Studio 100 Media and is wholly owned by Belgian firm Studio 100, which earlier this year acquired German children’s company M4E.
