Starz feels Remorse again

US cablenet Starz has renewed its scripted comedy series Survivor’s Remorse, which follows a pro Basketball player, for a third season.

The series, produced by NBA star LeBron James and executive produced by Mike O’Malley (Glee), began airing last year.

The show stars Jessie T Usher as a young basketball star who is thrust into the limelight after signing a huge contract with a pro basketball team in Atlanta. Werner Entertainment and Spring Hill Productions are the prodcos.

It airs in Starz’ comedy block alongside the new half-hour scripted comedy Blunt Talk, which stars Patrick Stewart as a controversial talkshow host.
