The package includes The Cleverest Town, Viewer of the Year, Smartest Person in the World, The Perfect Couple, May I Kiss You?, Fair Game and A Day in the Life. Also in the package are The Dare, Best Friends, The Stronger Sex, Travelling With Dad, That’s My Job and Yes I Can.

The deal with TNFP gives Small World rights in the US, the UK, Asia (ex-China) and Latin America.

Small World president Tim Crescenti described the TNFP library as “a tray of gold” since some of the formats have been getting high ratings in Belgium for several years but are nevertheless new to the international market.

Brussels-based TNFP was set up back in 2011 by Belgian prodcos De Filistijnen, DeMensen and Woestijnvis, and is run by MD Sue Green, who previously worked at FremantleMedia and Reg Grundy Productions. The deal with Small World also involved De Filistijnen MD Bruno Wyndaele.

TNFP was yesterday among the winners [1] at C21’s International Format Awards in Cannes, walking away with the Best Comedy Format prize together with Belgian producer Woestijnvis for panel show …And The Rest Is History.
