Small Potatoes grow in Oz, Mexico, Canada

Broadcasters in Australia and Mexico have acquired a music-themed special based on the Small Potatoes preschool property from New York’s Little Airplane Productions.

ABC4Kids in Australia and Once in Mexico have acquired Meet the Small Potatoes (1×45′), which is billed as an ‘animated rock mockumentary’ and premiered on Disney Junior in the US.

Meanwhile, TV5 Quebec in Canada has acquired the original Small Potatoes series (26×3′), which follows the adventures of a band of four singing potatoes and helps young viewers learn about different styles of music.

Little Airplane recently teamed up with a Chinese production partner to create a new animated series called P.King Duckling.
