BAFTA and how to get there

What channels want
Now in its second year C21's Primetime Strategies Live is a one-day event at BAFTA in London that brings together the International Entertainment Community to discuss schedule requirements, funding and coproduction opportunities, programming partnerships and future content development strategy around a smart data driven agenda.

Based on findings from C21's annual Primetime Strategies Report, which profiles the fall season schedules and future programming plans of the worlds leading free-to-air networks, this one-day event sees leading players from international channels come together with producers and rights owners to discuss their content plans and opportunities for coproduction and collaboration.

It is designed as a creative forum to examine the specific primetime television programming requirements of international broadcasters, highlight trends, unravel the DNA of successful shows, strands, seasons and slots, and provide a roadmap for development towards 2011/2012.

Schedule grids from more than 60 of the world’s leading networks provide the backbone for this event, while channel executives provide unique insight into the strategies employed in the new seasons and how they are being revised towards summer 2010.
