Shaw’s Crowe lands at Alibi

Canadian production company Alibi Entertainment has appointed a leading Shaw Media factual exec to the role of executive producer.

Based in Toronto, Nick Crowe will oversee development and production of factual content for broadcast and digital platforms when he joins on Monday.

While at Shaw Media, he was director of original factual content for many of the firm’s staple channels, including History, Slice, National Geographic Channel and Global.

Prior to that, Crowe worked for Alliance Atlantis and Canwest Broadcasting – Shaw Media’s predecessors – as a production executive and programme manager for History.

With more than 15 years in the industry, some of his recent projects include Dino Hunt, Dieppe Uncovered, Ice Road Truckers, D-Day to Victory, UFOs Declassified and Mummies Alive.
