On January 13th 2011, 24 international scientists are entering the control room of the particle accelerator at the nuclear research institute CERN for a nightshift. The next morning, just one of the scientists, the highly intelligent and short tempered professor Konstantin Carus, played by Heiner Lauterbach, returns. All other 23 scientists have disappeared without a trace!
Even before that nightshift, the quantum physical experiments at CERN had led to heated discussions among scientists. In order to investigate this mysterious incident, Carus is deported to an unknown place and interrogated by public prosecutor Robin Spector alias Max Tidof, his more than just beautiful colleague detective Sophia Dekkers performed by Annika Blendl and the somehow strange Antoine played by Godehard Giese making the protocol. Together they try to find out what happened this night.
Did the scientists create a black hole which absorbed the material? Is there an incalculable danger going out from CERN for the whole planet? This is the start of an unbelievable story…
