The Wild tells the story of three families – who, because of past conflicts; struggle to negotiate a cohesive future. The families are inextricably bound together because of their ties to a special piece of valuable land, just who owns that land is the problem.
Shot exclusively on a South African game-lodge, renowned for its fine dining, expensive champagne, pampering sessions, wild-life, game drives at sunset and private chalets, The Wild, packs enough scenery (the nature and human wildlife kind) in a private pool seducing a hunky game ranger to plunge in with her, enigmatic poaching, a banquet where fists fly, sparring brothers, kitchen craziness, a grave secret, a girl who discovers an SMS from a stripper on her flash-jacket boyfriend's phone and a mystical marula tree; it attracts staff and guests who are up to all kinds of shenanigans. From the more sedately serene to the more salacious, The Wild incorporates an untamed range of characters.
