Cake Walk: Wedding Cake Edition is a new one-hour cake competition series hosted by comedian and actress Caroline Rhea (“The Caroline Rhea Show”, “Sabrina the Teenage Witch,” “Phineas & Ferb”).
Each episode features three cake designers who race against the clock to create one couple’s dream wedding cake. It is a high stakes competition with $5,000 up for grabs and a chance to have their cake design showcased on the bride and groom’s big day.
In the end, it is up to the panel of three expert judges to decide the winner. The judges are Alexandria Pellegrino, award-winning cake designer to the stars and owner of Cake Opera Co. in Toronto, David MacCarfrae, renowned British royal cake designer and owner of David Cakes of Distinction, and Gordon Bailey, owner and executive chef of Lot 30 in Prince Edward Island.
