TALKING SHOP: Former chief creative officer at Endemol Peter Bazalgette says that despite big shifts in the industry thanks to new technology and changing viewer habits, TV is proving "much more resilient than people ever thought."

"We were all told some years ago that television was going to be a dying medium; that first it was going to be killed by YouTube, and then it was going to be killed by social media. But what we've found is that both those things are assisting television," he says.
