The US adaptation was first pitched at cable networks but was last month greenlit by Fox as US broadcast networks embrace more edgy, cable-esque programming. The show is from Sony Pictures TV, Fedora Entertainment and Sydney-based Essential Media & Entertainment and will air in the Thursday 21.00 slot from mid-season.
