Russian net makes first All3Media deal

Russian pay TV broadcaster First HDTV has acquired factual and factual entertainment titles for two of its channels from All3Media International.

The channels, Eureka and Outdoor TV, will air series such as Speed With Guy Martin, Gadget Man with Richard Ayoade, Around the World in 80 Gardens,Kew on a Plate and The Private Life of Cows, Pigs and Chickens.

The deal with All3Media marks the first between First HDTV in Russia and the international distributor.

Meanwhile, in Poland, free TV channel Fokus TV has taken seasons six and seven of CBS reality series Undercover Boss USA, produced by All3Media America.

TVN Poland has picked up factual entertainment titles for its TVN Style and TTV channels, including Will My Crash Diet Kill Me?, Travel Guides and one-hour specials Rise of the Superstar Vloggers and Britain’s Weirdest Council Houses.

Elsewhere, The Great Interior Design Challenge will premiere in Croatia with HRT, which has also picked up seasons two to five of Love Your Garden and season two of Travel Man: 48 Hours In.

Love Your Garden and The Secret History of the British Garden have also been picked up in a deal with Estonian Public Broadcasting.
