Scandi, Asian nets take Imira shows Spanish distributor Imira Entertainment has licensed children's shows Saari, Tangerine and Cow, and Sandra The Fairytale Detective to broadcasters in Scandinavia and Asia. NRK (Norway) and SVT (Sweden) have taken Stor Fisk/TV3 coproduced preschool series Saari (39x3'). The Flash animated musical follows the adventures of a group of friends on a tropical island. Others deals have seen HBO Asia take Normaal Animation comedy Tangerine and Cow (78x7'), while Nickelodean Asia has signed Flash animated high-definition series Sandra The Fairytale Detective (52x13'), which was coproduced by TVE and DQ Entertainment. Noga Communications has picked up cable, satellite and video-on-demand rights to Sandra in Israel, while Tribanda (Spain) has taken home distribution rights and TF1 Video (France) has a DVD distribution deal.
