C21/FRAPA announce format awards shortlist ![]() David Jenkinson, C21’s editor-in-chief & managing director, said: “Voting has been brisk throughout September as executives from all over the world screen the entries and choose their favourite formats. "There continues to be a remarkable amount of creativity around the development of these shows, and in the tougher economic climate formats continue to deliver.
