Red Arrow rehires Etspueler

Germany’s Red Arrow Entertainment has rehired an exec from its parent company ProSiebenSat.1 Group to help develop TV formats and consult on the roll-out of its IP abroad.

Nina Etspueler rejoins Red Arrow today having left the company in December 2012 to serve as a producer for the ProSieben comedy format Circus HalliGalli.

Etspueler will now serve as a senior creative producer at the Munich-based production and distribution group, reporting directly to Michael Schmidt, chief creative officer of Red Arrow.

The exec started working for the ProSiebenSat.1 Group in 1999 and has been responsible for numerous comedy formats including Elton vs Simon and Comedystreet XXL.

Schmidt said Etspueler “will pick up where she left off and, together with Mike Timmerman, will lead development and presales efforts at Red Arrow.”

The Red Arrow Entertainment group includes global distributor Red Arrow International as well as 15 TV production companies spanning nine countries.
