Claire Wingate, previously director of production and operations, has been upped to the newly created, LA-based role senior VP of production and operations.

Wingate has relocated to the US for the role and will divide her time between LA, New York and London as she focuses on expanding the company’s US presence.

While at Pulse in the UK, Wingate oversaw projects including United States of Hate: Muslims Under Attack, Last Days of Legal Highs and Hunting the Nazi Gold Train for the BBC.

Isabel Davis, meanwhile, has been promoted to head of production for unscripted television and branded content, having joined Pulse in 2013 from The Garden Productions.

Davis was previously a production executive on Guitar Hero Live and has been involved in several projects across Pulse’s branded content and unscripted television departments.

The promotions come after Pulse hired Davud Karbassioun recently to fill the newly created role of global president, commercials and branded entertainment. Pulse’s president of global content Patrick Vien recently left to join A+E Networks.

Vice took a majority stake in the producer of film, games, branded entertainment and television in March last year, ahead of the launch of its TV channel Viceland in the UK and Ireland.
