Pilgrim’s 1620 gets on Zane trail

Zane’s World follows Zane Lamprey on travels around the globe

Pilgrim Media Group’s digital arm, 1620 Media, has linked up with comedian, actor and travel host Zane Lamprey on a new digital show.

Zane’s World will feature Lamprey, known for Travel Channel’s Three Sheets and National Geographic’s CHUG, travelling around the world with his wife and their dog.

Shot by the cast without a crew, premieres today on 1620’s website and via YouTube. It also features Lamprey’s friends including TV host and builder Tory Belleci, Three 6 Mafia’s DJ Paul and Kendra On Top’s Jessica Hall.

The show is the 11th from Pilgrim’s digital venture, with multiple episodes set to be released each week.

US studio Lionsgate acquired an estimated US$200m stake in Pilgrim last year while 1620 launched its last digital shows, four scripted series, in November.
