NT1 reopens its fridge

French broadcast group TF1’s digital terrestrial channel NT1 has acquired a fourth season of a shortform scripted comedy series from Paris-based prodco Pernel Media.

My Fridge Told Me

My Fridge Told Me (15×2′), locally known as Mon Frigo M’a Dit, is shot from the point of view of a fridge in a shared apartment and documents the everyday life of a pair of flatmates.

The series is broadcast across the NT1 schedule both in blocks and as the lead-in to primetime shows. It is also available as a format for international adaptation.

It is the latest returning series success from Pernel Media, after observational documentary series 4 Babies a Second was comissioned for a second season by Nat Geo People.
