NPO3, Vox pair off with Twofour’s Ex

German channel Vox and NPO3 in the Netherlands have both commissioned local versions of Twofour format One Night With My Ex.

Twofour Rights, the distribution arm of the ITV-owned UK prodco, is shopping the format, which reunites former lovers for a night of soul-searching after which they can decide to give it another go or go their separate ways.

ITV Studios will produce the 6×60’ version for German commercial broadcaster Vox while SkyHighTV is working on the Dutch version for NPO3.

The show was originally commissioned by Channel 5 in the UK, where it is in its second season, and a local version also airs on Bravo in the US.

Twofour has finalised deals for the first two seasons of the UK version with M6 in France, which plans to air the show on its Teva Channel.

Digicast in Italy, Corus Entertainment in Canada and Discovery in India have acquired rights to the 10×30’ US version.

TVNZ will air the UK version in New Zealand, TVN in Poland and YLE in Finland.
