Leo Perez becomes chief operating officer and will relocate from LA to Novovision’s Paris office, where he will report to CEO François-Xavier Poirier.

He joins the company from his consultancy group First Mover Media. Perez was previously general manager of Grupo Prisa’s Plural Entertainment in the US and Latin America. He has also had stints at TV Network (now FuseTV) and as VP of international TV networks Latin America/Brazil for Sony Pictures Entertainment.

“From launching television series to launching television channels, Leo is a recognised media executive whose extensive experience and impressive track record of success in all facets of the industry will play a major role in the continuing growth of our company,” said Poirier.
