A broadcaster in India has acquired non-dialogue slapstick shortform series Cracké, which was originally commissioned by Teletoon in Canada.
Québec City-based studio Squeeze has sold the 3D animated series to Viacom18, which will air it on Nickelodeon India and its streaming service Voot Kids.
Cracké follows an accident-prone and anxious ostrich as he protects his eight eggs from danger at any cost.
It has previously been picked up by international broadcasters such as Boomerang and Canal+. The latest partnership brings the number of countries and territories the show is in to 185, according to Squeeze.
