New president for IMG Media

Global sports company IMG Worldwide, which recently sold off UK indies Tiger Aspect and Darlow Smithson, has promoted a 25-year company veteran to be the new president of IMG Media.

Michel Masquelier, formerly head of acquisitions and worldwide sales for the subsidiary company, will now report to IMG Worldwide chairman and CEO Ted Forstmann and Ian Todd, president of IMG International.

Graham Fry, MD of another IMG subsidiary, IMG Sports Media Production, will now report to Masquelier, who will also sit on the board of the European Tour and chair the board of IMG-backed sports news agency SNTV.
