Decode inks further deals for Radio Free Roscoe

Canada's Decode Entertainment has concluded further international sales for music-based live-action series Radio Free Roscoe (52x22’), including deals in South Africa and Ireland.

South African pay-TV operator MNet’s youth channel Go has picked up all episodes and Irish public broadcaster RTE has acquired the first season of the show. Decode has also signed a deal for non-theatrical rights to the second season with AFRTS (American Forces Radio & Television Service).

Radio Free Roscoe tells the story of four best friends starting high school who launch an underground radio station that become a voice for the hopes, dreams, fears and confusion of their contemporaries in the suburban town of Roscoe.

The latest sales come hot on the heels of recent sales to France2 and MTV Networks Netherlands. Commissioned by The N, Noggin’s night-time network for teens, Radio Free Roscoe also airs on Canal J’s Filles TV and Family Channel and VRAK in Canada.
