The Hoff gets his own docusoap FremantleMedia has been greenlit to produce a 10-part docusoap following actor, singer and single father David Hasselhoff and his two teenage daughters. The series, slated for broadcast later this year on the A&E cable network, will take a behind-the-scenes look into the life of The Hoff and his daughters' attempts to become singing stars. Announcing the show, Robert Sharenow, senior VP of non-fiction and alternative programming, A&E Network, said: "David is an international icon. Now for the first time he's allowing our cameras to see another side of him." The as-yet untitled project is being produced by FremantleMedia North America (FMNA). George Moll is exec producer, Jason Sands is co-exec producer and Jennifer Mullin is executive in charge for FMNA.
