History launches on Polish DTH NEWS BRIEF: A&E Television Networks UK has sealed a carriage agreement with Canal+ Cyfrowy, operator of Cyfra+'s digital DTH platform, which it said takes its reach to more than one million households across Poland. The deal, for the History channel and another as-yet unannounced channel, will see a fully localised version of History offered in Cyfra+'s extended basic package, Komfortowy+, and full package Prestizowy+.
