Newen’s Recayte ‘to join France TV’

The MD of French sales house Newen Distribution, Laetitia Recayte, is reportedly set to take up the newly created position of sales director at France Télévisions.

The pubcaster’s incoming president Delphine Ernotte-Cunci,who starts on August 23, is planning to set up a new division containing all of the group’s commercial operations, according to French newspaper Le Monde.

The new division, which will encompass international sales, home video, licensing and merchandising, France Télévisions Distribution, advertising sales arm France Télévisions Publicité and production unit MFP, will be headed by Recayte, the paper states.

Recayte is also president of exporters’ association TV France International, having been elected to the post last month.
