Netflix will launch an original stand-up special from comedian Amy Schumer in March.
The performance, which will roll out on March 7, was recorded in Denver last November.
It’s the latest stand-up special to head to the US SVoD service. In October, Chris Rock was announced as the star of two original specials in a US$40m deal, while Dave Chappelle has also signed up with the streamer.
Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos said: “Amy Schumer is a boundless threat and a one-of-a-kind talent. We couldn’t be more excited that she’s making Netflix her home for her next stand-up comedy special.”
