Netflix gives Luke Cage second run

Luke Cage is the third Netflix Marvel show to be renewed recently

US SVoD service Netflix has renewed its Marvel show Luke Cage for a second season.

It is the third Netflix Marvel programme to get a renewal recently, after Daredevil and Jessica Jones. All three are produced by Disney’s Marvel Television in association with ABC Television Studios.

Netflix announced the news with posts on social media platforms Twitter and Facebook but a release date for the second season has not yet been revealed.
