Ugly Delicious will be made available on February 23 and is from chef David Chang and director Morgan Neville.

The eight-parter meets writers, chefs, activists and artists who use food as a vehicle to break down cultural barriers, tackle misconceptions and uncover shared experiences.

Flint Town is from US prodco Anonymous Content and explores the US city’s crime crisis and the police’s efforts to tackle it.

The doc was filmed in the aftermath of the Flint water crisis which left the community grappling with the cover-up of widespread water contamination and massive distrust of its law enforcement officials.

Wild Wild Country looks at a controversial guru’s attempt to create a utopia in Oregon and the unrest that followed.

The six-part series will launch on Netflix on March 16 after its premiere at this month’s Sundance Film Festival and looks at how the building of a controversial city in the desert led to conflict with ranchers, the first bioterror attack in US history and the largest case of illegal wiretapping ever recorded.

It is directed by Chapman Way and Maclain Way with executive producers Mark and Jay Duplass, through Duplass Brothers Productions.

Finally, an as-yet untitled project from Vox Entertainment will explore questions across politics, science and pop.

Ezra Klein, Vox co-founder and editor-at-large, will executive produce, along with Joe Posner, Vox’s executive producer, and showrunner Claire Gordon.

“We aspire to always delight our global audience, and key to this is to continually create a deep and diverse set of shows across a vast array of subjects, and these upcoming series are a perfect example,” said Lisa Nishimura, Netflix’s VP of original documentary programming.
