Netflix has renewed its Marvel Television series Iron Fist for a second season.

The pick-up was announced at San Diego Comic-Con over the weekend during a panel previewing Marvel’s latest show for Netflix, miniseries The Defenders.

Both series were part of Netflix’s landmark deal with Marvel owner Disney in 2013 that also included the shows Daredevil, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage.
