NBCUniversal’s cable channel E! has appointed an exec from fellow US network GSN to oversee its programming.
Amy Introcaso-Davis has been named exec VP for development and production, with her remit covering all unscripted development and production.
Introcaso-Davis starts later this month and reports to Adam Stotsky, who was appointed E!’s president 18 months ago.
She takes up the role vacated by Jeff Olde, who left the company last week after almost five years in the position.
Stotsky said the appointment would help E! “innovate and expand our slate of hit unscripted franchises that are rooted in pop culture and celebrity lifestyles.”
Introcaso-Davis was most recently exec VP for programming and development at GSN, with credits including The Chase. Before that, she worked for NBCUniversal networks including Bravo and Oxygen.
