NBCUniversal and Mediacom Communications have sealed a multi-year ‘TV Everywhere’ agreement to offer all of the US studio’s broadcast and cable content to the cableco’s customers.

To get online, on-demand access to NBCU programming – which includes the Olympic Games – customers must subscribe to Mediacom’s Family TV package.

Additionally, the Mediacom agreement covers retransmission consent for NBC- and Telemundo-owned stations and continued carriage of all NBCU’s cable networks, including, Bravo, Chiller, Cloo, CNBC, E!, G4, Golf Channel, MSNBC, Mun2, NBC Sports Network, Oxygen, Sprout, Style, Syfy, Telemundo, Universal HD, USA Network and Comcast SportsNet.

“With this agreement, Mediacom underscores the growing value of our broadcast and cable brands, and highlights our commitment to best serve our viewers and their customers well into the future,” said Matt Bond, NBCU’s executive VP of content distribution.

The deal follows NBCU’s recent TV Everywhere distribution agreements with Cablevision, Suddenlink and Verizon. NBCU is 51% owned by Mediacom cable rival Comcast Corporation.
