NEWS BRIEF: USA Network has greenlit an eighth season of detective comedy-drama Psych, ahead of the show’s seventh season launch on February 27.
The show’s official Twitter feed confirmed the renewal last night [1], meaning it ties with Monk as the US cablenet’s longest running scripted series. It is made by Pacific Mountain Productions, TagLine Television and Universal Cable Productions.
