Monster sings with Bowie

Dublin-based distributor Monster Entertainment has coproduced new episodes of its music documentary series, featuring the resurgent British rock star David Bowie.

Video Killed the Radio Star (13×22′) is now in its fifth season and is coproduced by Monster alongside Scott Millaney’s prodco MGMM.

The new episodes will premiere on Sky Arts in the UK and feature archive and original interviews from major artists such as David Bowie, Neil Young, The Cure, Blondie, Kate Bush, Joe Strummer, Johnny Cash and Madonna.

The show claims to reveal “the genius, madness, excesses and ideas behind some of music’s most famous videos.”
