The 8×60’ Nordic thriller was originally coproduced by French pay TV company Canal+, Swedish pubcaster SVT and Filmpool Nord. It was produced by France’s Atlantique Productions and Scandi firm Nice Drama.

Hot in Israel, NRK in Norway, Danish pubcaster DR, RUV in Iceland, MTV3 in Finland and VRT in Belgium are among the broadcasters to have picked up the series from distributor StudioCanal.

Starring Leila Bekhti (The Prophet) and Gustaf Hammarsten (The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo), the series is set to premiere on SVT on October 23 and on Canal+ later this year.

The show was created by Mårlind & Stein (Bron/Broen), based on an idea by Henrik Jansson-Schweizer and Patrick Nebout.

The high-concept thriller is set in a small Swedish mining community where a series of brutal murders conceal a conspiracy.
