Megan Fox seeks truth for Travel

US cablenet Travel Channel has commissioned a four-part series about the ancient world fronted by Transformers actress Megan Fox.

Mysteries & Myths with Megan Fox (working title) is a 4×60’ series produced for Travel by Red Arrow-owned US prodco Karga Seven Pictures.

The series will delve into some of the greatest mysteries of all time, including whether Amazon women existed or if the Trojan War really happened.

Production is due to start in June and the series will premiere later this year on Travel, which was part of the Scripps Networks Interactive family of channels recently acquired by US factual giant Discovery.

Discovery named Jane Latman as Travel Channel general manager following the merger last week.
