Patrick Elmendorff has resigned from his position in order to take employment elsewhere, according to Studio 100.

The news comes shortly after Studio 100 announced it would be acquiring a 68% stake in German children’s company M4E.

Hans Ulrich Stoef, CEO of M4E, has been named as Elmendorff’s successor at Studio 100 Media and its German subsidiaries once the takeover has been finalised.

Until then, Studio 100 in Germany will be managed by Hans Bourlon, CEO of Studio 100 Group and co-MD of Studio 100 Media.

“We regret his decision to quit and thank him for his dedicated and successful work. For the future, we wish him all the best,” said Bourlon.

Studio100 is headquartered in Schelle, Belgium, and also has branches in the Netherlands, as well as animation studios in France and Australia. It also operates six theme parks in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.
