MBC drives away with GRB series

West Coast Customs was originally made for Discovery Velocity and Fox Sports

Middle Eastern broadcaster MBC has acquired three automotive series from US sales house GRB Entertainment.

MBC has picked up West Coast Customs, which was originally produced for Discovery Velocity and Fox Sports and sees car customiser Ryan Friedlinghaus rebuild rides for the likes of Sir Richard Branson and Justin Bieber.

It will also air Car Crazy, one of the longest-running car series on television, which sees car enthusiast Barry Meguiar delve under the hood of some of the most amazing vehicles ever made.

The third acquisition is Classic Gear, which is produced for ITV in the UK and takes a modern look at some of the world’s most valuable and rare classic cars.
