Mayi named TVE acquisitions director

Spanish pubcaster TVE has confirmed it has tapped one of its veteran executives to head up its acquisitions department.

TVE veteran Milagros Mayi

Milagros Mayi has been appointed director of acquisitions at TVE having been with the broadcaster since 1988.

During that time she has held roles including head of sales, where she was responsible for TVE’s catalogue of TV and films both domestically and internationally.

Her appointment was approved by the Administrative Council of RTVE in May.
